Case Management: This is the part where we sit down, go over your application, review your goals and help you come up with a plan. Do you need to take public transportation but are a little nervous? Are you parenting other children and need daycare? What can we do to help?
Grants: OYFF gives thousands of dollars each year in grants to birth parents who work hard and show us that they are ready to move forward. Over 60% of our funding goes toward education and job training. Grants are awarded for many different reasons, all we require are solid plans for the future and follow through.
Sense of Community: We have an amazing group of women that are very active with our organization. Since we work with all agencies throughout Illinois and Indiana, we have the opportunity to reach a large number of women. We have 2 retreats a year, informal get-togethers, mentoring programs and so much more.
