On Your Feet Foundation was established by people who care deeply about birthparents and the issues they face following placement. We are committed to helping birthparents reach their goals.
Whether your adoption is open or closed, recent or many years ago, we offer education, support, and a community of other women who know exactly what you're feeling. For birthparents living in Illinois and Indiana, we offer personal case management to help you identify and achieve your goals. In some cases, this help includes monetary grants for education, job training, or anything you need to get you "on your feet!"
